Privacy Policy for HyperTodo

This Privacy Policy describes how "HyperTodo" ("we", "our", or "the App") handles your information. HyperTodo is committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is processed.

1. Data We Collect and Where It Is Stored

HyperTodo is designed with a "privacy-first" approach. The developer does not operate any server and does not receive your task data.

1.1 Data stored locally on your device

• Your tasks, notes, attachments, and app preferences are stored on your device using local storage (shared_preferences and the app's private file directory).
• This data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable Google Drive sync.

1.2 Data stored in your own Google Drive (optional)

If you sign in with Google to enable cloud sync, the App:

• Uses the drive.file scope only — meaning the App can only access files it has created in your Drive.
• Creates a regular, user-visible folder named hypertodo in the root of your Google Drive and stores hypertodos_data.json and your image attachments inside it.
• This folder appears in your Google Drive interface (web/mobile/desktop), counts toward your Google Drive storage quota, and can be browsed, renamed, moved, shared, or deleted by you at any time.
• Cannot read, modify, or delete any other files in your Drive.
• The developer has no access to your Drive. All data resides in your personal Google account.

1.3 Information received from Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, Google provides the App with your basic profile information (email address, display name, profile photo). This is used solely to display your sign-in state and to authenticate Drive API requests. It is not transmitted to the developer or any third party.

2. Permissions We Request

All permissions are used solely for the features described above.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect any personally identifiable information on our servers (we have no servers).
• We do not use analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• We do not display ads and do not integrate any advertising SDK.
• We do not track your usage, location, or behavior.
• We do not access your contacts, SMS, call logs, or any data unrelated to the App's stated functionality.
• We do not read the Android Advertising ID.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services only when you use the corresponding features:

• Google Sign-In / Google Drive API (Google LLC) — used only if you enable cloud sync. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• External image URLs (optional) — if you set a background image by URL, the App fetches the image from that URL. The fetch request is made directly from your device to the URL host, which may log standard server access information (IP address, user-agent). Your task data is never sent.

5. Data Control and Deletion

Because all of your task data is stored on your device and/or in your own Google Drive:

• You can delete individual tasks, attachments, or reset the App at any time from within the App.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data on your device.
• You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• To delete data stored in your Drive, locate the hypertodo folder in Google Drive and delete it.
• Because the developer never receives your data, there is no developer-side data deletion request to make.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

Data stored on the device is protected by Android's app sandbox. Data stored in Google Drive is protected by your Google account's security settings (we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication). All network communication with Google's APIs uses HTTPS.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App's release notes and by updating the "Effective Date" above.

본 개인정보처리방침은 안드로이드 앱 "하이퍼 투두"(이하 "본 앱")가 사용자의 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다. 하이퍼 투두는 사용자의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 고려하며, 데이터 처리 방식을 투명하게 공개합니다.

1. 수집·저장 데이터

본 앱은 "프라이버시 우선" 원칙으로 설계되었으며, 개발자는 어떠한 서버도 운영하지 않고 사용자의 할 일 데이터를 수신하지 않습니다.

1.1 사용자 기기에 저장되는 데이터

• 할 일 목록, 메모, 첨부 파일, 앱 환경 설정은 기기 내 로컬 저장소(shared_preferences 및 앱 전용 파일 디렉토리)에 저장됩니다.
• Google Drive 동기화를 사용자가 직접 활성화하지 않는 한, 이 데이터는 기기 외부로 나가지 않습니다.

1.2 사용자의 Google Drive에 저장되는 데이터 (선택)

사용자가 Google 로그인으로 클라우드 동기화를 활성화하면:

• 본 앱은 drive.file 권한만 사용합니다. 즉, 본 앱이 직접 만든 파일에만 접근할 수 있습니다.
• 사용자의 Google Drive 루트에 일반 폴더 hypertodo 를 생성하고, 그 안에 hypertodos_data.json 및 이미지 첨부를 저장합니다.
• 이 폴더는 Google Drive 웹/모바일/데스크톱에서 사용자가 직접 확인할 수 있는 일반 저장소 영역이며, 사용자의 Drive 용량에 포함됩니다. 사용자는 이 폴더를 자유롭게 탐색·이름 변경·이동·공유·삭제할 수 있습니다.
• Drive에 있는 다른 파일은 읽거나 수정·삭제할 수 없습니다.
• 개발자는 사용자의 Drive에 접근할 수 없으며, 모든 데이터는 사용자의 개인 Google 계정에 있습니다.

1.3 Google 로그인 시 받는 정보

Google 로그인을 사용하면 Google이 본 앱에 사용자의 기본 프로필 정보(이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진)를 제공합니다. 이는 로그인 상태 표시 및 Drive API 인증 용도로만 사용되며, 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 요청하는 권한

모든 권한은 위 기능 이외의 용도로 사용되지 않습니다.

3. 수집하지 않는 항목

• 개발자 서버에 어떠한 개인 식별 정보도 수집하지 않습니다 (개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다).
• 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다 (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics 등 미통합).
• 광고를 표시하지 않으며 광고 SDK를 통합하지 않습니다.
• 사용자 행동·위치·이용 패턴을 추적하지 않습니다.
• 연락처·문자·통화기록 등 앱 기능과 무관한 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.
• Android 광고 ID를 읽지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 서비스

다음 제3자 서비스는 해당 기능 사용 시에만 호출됩니다:

• Google 로그인 / Google Drive API (Google LLC) — 클라우드 동기화 활성화 시에만 사용. Google 개인정보처리방침 적용.
• 외부 이미지 URL (선택) — 배경 이미지를 URL로 지정하면 본 앱은 해당 URL에서 이미지를 가져옵니다. 이때 사용자의 기기와 해당 URL 호스트 간에 표준 접속 정보(IP, 사용자 에이전트)가 노출될 수 있습니다. 할 일 데이터는 전송되지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 통제 및 삭제

모든 할 일 데이터는 사용자의 기기 또는 사용자 본인의 Google Drive에 저장됩니다:

• 앱 내에서 개별 작업·첨부·전체 초기화를 자유롭게 수행할 수 있습니다.
• 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 모든 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
• Google 계정에서 본 앱의 권한을 언제든 https://myaccount.google.com/permissions 에서 철회할 수 있습니다.
• Drive에 저장된 데이터를 삭제하려면 Google Drive 의 hypertodo 폴더를 직접 삭제하시면 됩니다.
• 개발자는 사용자 데이터를 보유하지 않으므로 별도 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.

6. 아동 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만(또는 거주 국가의 최소 연령) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 보안

기기 내 데이터는 Android 앱 샌드박스로 보호되며, Drive 데이터는 사용자 Google 계정 보안 설정에 따라 보호됩니다(2단계 인증 활성화 권장). Google API 통신은 모두 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.

8. 방침 변경

본 방침은 필요에 따라 업데이트될 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 사항은 앱의 릴리스 노트와 위 "시행일" 갱신을 통해 공지합니다.
